Scholastic Book Fair
Dear Sombra Families:
I am excited to tell you this year’s Scholastic Book Fair will be November 13th through November 17th in Sombra’s library. Students may purchase books from the book fair:
• during morning recess (8:40-8:55am 3rd-5th and 9-9:15am K-2nd).
• during your child’s scheduled library time.
• after school each day until 3:30p - Come through the library door on Shoshone. Students must be accompanied by an adult.
• Wednesday, Nov. 15th 2:30-4:30p - Come through the library door on Shoshone. Students must be accompanied by an adult.
• Thursday November 16th 10:30-11:30am. This is during Sombra’s Thanksgiving luncheon.
Student backpacks are not allowed in the book fair. Payment must be cash, credit card or eWallet. Personal checks CANNOT be accepted. Click the link above: "Sombra's 2023-24 Book Fair Information" for instructions for setting up an eWallet account for your child. eWallet is a cash-free digital payment account for an amount you decide. The student tells me they have an eWallet and they can use the funds.
